Managing Conflict Aggression Violence
: The aim of this course is to give childcare (Particularly in the learning sector) staff a greater understanding of the reasons young people demonstrate specific negative behaviours including self injury, physical violence and the damaging of property. The course looks to improve staff skill/ knknowledge in helping young people manage those behaviours whilst at the same time ensuring staff safety is equally paramount.
