Who are EQV? EQV Training At EQV we specialise in skills development. With over 16 years of experience we have established an excellent reputation for the delivery of highly customised and flexible training. We have built our success upon our ability to, listen, offer flexibility and pay attention to detail in the whole service that we offer to our customers. We believe that a successful service provider should work in an on-going partnership with its client and that is exactly why our customers come back to us time and time again. Our experienced account managers will work with you to establish the appropriate approach to address your organisational and business needs. We have an extensive client base including many blue chip companies these range from large corporate to SME s. Our customised courses are aimed at organisations from a wide range of sectors: Construction, Food, Financial, Automotive, Leisure, Public, Health, Professional and Charities. Our Expertise Our trainers are fully employed by us and this is something we feel sets us apart from many other training companies. Although this decision increases our overhead it means that we can control the quality of the training and also have a large team that we can use for extensive training projects. The team are trained to a very high standard through our own rigorous training programme, which is an on-going process. To this end we ensure that all trainers have at least two days a month where they actually receive training themselves on the latest revisions of software, market changes, training skills etc. Our Behavioural & Business trainers are vetted and approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), which offers an additional verification from an external body, of the high standards we set ourselves. Our technical trainers are also Microsoft qualified. All of our trainers are enthusiastic about their subject and that is reflected in their training approach and style. They all have commercial backgrounds that ensure they can empathise with the issues that delegates may have. Our Account Managers are trained to actively listen to your needs and use their extensive experience to interpret your requirement and provide the best solution for you. They are supported by our development team who are involved with the creation and customisation of courses and related course materials. We have been an authorised training centre for many of the accrediting bodies over the years. They are all employed directly by us allowing us to control and measure their delivery quality. We have a structured internal training programme that our trainers undergo when becoming part of the team. Our trainers evaluate their delivery style, and update their product knowledge continuously. We have a minimum of 2 days a month where our trainers actually receive training themselves, these can take the form of development days where the trainer will attend a seminar or conference to update their knowledge or training days where they are adding to their skills through further qualifications and team workshops on training delivery. Our Business Skills and Management trainers are all vetted and approved by the Institute of Leadership and management and hold further relevant training and subject related qualifications. Our IT trainers are Microsoft qualified and also hold further IT qualifications and training qualifications to support their roles. All trainers are enthusiastic about their subject matter and have excellent listening and facilitating skills. Profiles of our trainers are available on request. Emergency Trainer cover We provide an emergency trainer cover to ensure that your training deadlines can be met should a trainer be unable to deliver a course due to illness for example. This means that even if a trainer is ill then we can still provide you with the training that you need, when you need it. Post Course Support For anyone that has attended an IT training course they will get post course support for three months (as standard) following the course. Therefore, if a delegate has a question that relates directly to a subject area covered on the course they can log a call on the support system and a trainer will call back with a solution to their problem or to discuss it further with them. This service is included in our daily training rate. We offer a web forum as a means of support to all delegates who have attended a Business Skills workshop. Quality Guarantee We are more than confident that any learning & development support that we give will meet the highest of standards and as such we provide a guarantee that should any of our courses, for whatever reason, not meet the agreed standard then we will replace it free of charge. Further Services EQV offer Course Administration and Coordination of your training project We can offer you a training administration service to support you in the coordination of your training this can be done in two formats; Basic e-mail Coordination or Advanced Telephone Coordination. After TNA has been performed and the levels and requirements of your delegates have been established, EQV will work with you to create a schedule of available courses. You set a minimum number of places to be booked in order for the course to go ahead. We contact your delegates by email or by telephone, dependant on the level of service you purchase, and book them onto the relevant course. Confirmations from the delegates are followed up by EQV. Before the course we will email out joining instructions as a reminder to your delegate that they are attending a course and include a location map if required and all other pertinent information. We will keep your chosen contact aware of cancellations and booking situation at all times. If minimum attendance has not been achieved at an agreed time before the course we work with you on rescheduling the course and delegates. If you require a more customised service we are able to offer a blend of these services to suit your individual needs.
