Radhika Goel, lead consultant and promoter of LeanSigmaSix is a graduate (B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering) from IIT Delhi. She has worked with Caterpillar India as a Certified 6 Sigma Black Belt and a Change Agent, where she was responsible for saving more than $2mn before starting out this venture of her own.

Course Details:
This course intends to help interested candidates in understanding and getting a perspective as to how 6 Sigma assists in bottomline improvements, what is the overall procedure by which the projects are run. This course is only a 30, 000 feet view of what actually Black Belts carry in their day to day activities.
The course is spread over 2-3 days, and will have evening classes during weekdays, or morning/ evening sessions on Saturdays.

Management Professionals/ Leaders who can take some steps at their end, and want to depict the advantage of using 6 Sigma in their organization at their level.
