Aegis Center Of Excellence
Training
A sister concern of AT Technologies, AEGIS CENTER OF EXCELLENCE is a CAE Training Center based in Pune. AEGIS was started with an intention of generating skilled CAE manpower that can be straight away used by the industry for executing projects. Already both individual as well as corporate trainings have been successfully conducted by AT Technologies (formerly known as Asahi Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd) for last three years. Due to increased training requirements this activity is commercialized under a separate name - AEGIS. AEGIS engaged in providing quality CAD/ CAM/ CAE training and computer aided engineering training.
For Individuals
Use of FEA Technology has percolated from Space Research to Aerospace then to Automobile and now other industries like construction equipments, ship building, medical and manufacturing are following the suit. There is huge requirement of good CAE analysts in today's fast changing Design Departments.
To be a CAE Analyst it requires sound knowledge of SOM, Machine Design and Mathematics apart from the CAE tool there is a acute shortage of such candidates in the Industry. We not only train you on the tool, but also impart specific domain knowledge and help you become an analyst.
For Corporates
We provide customized courses to cover your company's specific finite element (FEA) application like NVH, Crash Analysis, Hex Meshing, Full Vehicle Modeling, Nonlinear Contact Analysis, Fatigue, Multi Body Dynamics etc.
We can provide basic and advanced courses in use of:
Hypermesh component and full vehicle level meshing and FE model generation.
Hyperworks Motion Solve for mechanism simulations.
Hyperform for metal forming simulations
ANSA component and full vehicle level meshing and FE model generation.
MSC. Patran component and assembly level meshing and FE model generation.
MSC. Nastran for stress analysis, NVH and Design Optimization.
LS Dyna for solving impact, automobile crashworthiness and metal forming simulation problems.
MSC. Marc for nonlinear stress analysis and contact
MSC. Adams for mechanism analysis
Sometimes, an engineering application or problem is so specialized and very complex, requiring simulation experience you have not yet attained. You may call on us for the same.
We are dedicated to engineering advantage for clients of any size. We will work closely with you to determine to what level and type of training will ensure your success.
Courses can be conducted at onsite and offshore.
