We are the largest non-franchise, privately held, full service small business brokerage firm in the US. We have been in operation over seven years. We have sold over 800 businesses. We currently operate in 14 states and are expanding. (North East corridor from Maine to South Carolina and as far west as Ohio.)
We offer an in depth online training program consisting of 39 individual lessons. The online training is augmented with several conference calls each week that are specifically for brokers in training. Upon completion we certify you as a Vested Business Broker and welcome you to the Vested Network. There is no cost for training. You are only responsible for paying a $100. 00 per month fee to be maintained in Broker Net, which is a state of the art brokerage platform that we developed. The month to month Broker Net fee starts on the first day of the second month from the date you receive your user name and password. In essence, we train you at no charge and then enable you to use the system free of charge for a month.
We currently have approximately 40, 000 registered buyers and approximately 3500 active business listings for sale.
As a Vested Business Broker you are entitled to unlimited collateral support in the form of business cards, brochures, the Vested Magazine, generation of lead lists, opportunity to participate in our opt in outbound call center, access to management and senior brokers, mailing campaigns (you are only responsible for postage), weekly company wide conference calls, and ongoing continuing education. We also market every listing you obtain on 30 business listings websites without charge to you or your seller.
