Hundreds of Crew and X Crew have all agreed that they wish they had been better informed when joining a Ship.
Its not that they Cruise line do a bad job at it, but mixed up in the excitement of starting this dream career, the transition is forgotten. Our course will hit home and prepare each individual for their life at sea.
It is estimated that 35 of Crew hired from the UK do not complete the first contract, on returning home, after reflection, they regret leaving. It is our belief that our course will eliminate that and make it a positive experience for all.
