Classes are geared to non-mediators, new mediators and mediators who seek advanced training. We also provide custom training for businesses and organizations, in both public and private sector. Our goal is to help individuals and groups improve interactions and reduce the costs associated with conflict.
Interaction Management Associates is based in Chandler, AZ, USA
We engage clients in conversations that lead to positive and productive interactions. How? By providing the following services:
* mediation services
* conflict management training
* facilitation
Improving the way we communicate can mitigate conflicts that get in the way of enjoying life to its fullest. Sound touchy-feely? Don't worry, we don't aim to unleash ground-breaking solutions to world peace.
We hope to start a ripple effect that improves interactions and reduces conflicts. It's definitely a feel-good approach.
We don't ask clients to sacrifice values or character. Simply put, we work with you to explore opportunities to reach better solutions through communication, negotiation and clarification. We all stand to gain from shifting our approach if it leads to mutual understanding in homes, communities, workplaces and -- just maybe -- the world.
