The Centre for Stress Management was established in 1987 and is part of the International Academy for Professional Development Ltd. We run a range of modular programmes in areas including occupational stress management and based on a cognitive behavioural, rational emotive, solutions focused approach.
The Centre for Stress Management is an international training centre and consultancy which runs modular courses in stress management, stress counselling, psychotherapy and coaching suitable for professionals wishing to gain more knowledge and skills practice in these subjects. Diploma in Stress Management - a CBT approach
: A modular programme consisting of a number of two-day or three-day modules followed by self study. Each module has an assessed component. A range of modules are available including relaxation, CBT, REBT, assertion and communication skills, problem focused work, health coaching, stress management, PTSD and others. All courses are approved for CPD by the British Psychological Society Learning Centre.
