The Institute of Executive Coaching was established in 1999 as a centre of excellence for executive coaching in Australia and the Asia-Pacific. Since that time we have trained over 2, 000 coaches, and have become known as one of the region's most respected coaching and coach training organisations.
The way we work is as a team of leaders who coach and challenge each other and our clients to fulfill their potential. Our Institute coaches and facilitators are recognised internationally, and are passionate about the work they do. Through our strategic alliances we strive to remain at the leading edge of the best and most innovative practice in executive coaching.
We also train executives in coaching and related skills, and provide an accreditation program for in-house coaches in addition to our public coach training program.

We have firm relationship wih federal and state ministries and parastatals, as well as labor unions and blue chip organisations. our core competence is in trainings - leadership, management, fraud management, industrial relations, financial management etc. most of our clients are more akin to travelling outside Nigeria for their trainings than at home. sometimes, the appreciate the injetion of foreign trainers in the list of facilitators in our domestic workshops.
