We conduct on-site training courses at the customer's premises on the dates convenient for them. Batch size for the training courses are governed by the facilities available in the company with a maximum limit of around 25 participants per batch. Duration of our training courses varies from 1-10 days, on 8 hours/ day basis, depending on the customer's requirements.
Our strength is long, varied and very rich industrial experience and our training course materials are technically intensive. The participants of our training courses would benefit to a great extent as the courses are highly interactive and each participant gets ample opportunities to get his/ her doubts cleared.

Profile of A Raghunath
Mr. A Raghunath is a Mechanical Engineer graduate with an MBA degree in Operations Management. Currently he is pursuing a doctoral study in six sigma implementation field. He has a total of 24 years of industrial experience. He has worked as Scientist in Central Manufacturing Technology Institute (CMTI), Bangalore for about 20 years in Design, Manufacturing and Metrology fields and has handled a number of design and development projects. He has worked on productivity and process improvement consultancy projects for industries. He was Technical Manager and officer-in-charge of Metrology laboratory, which is a premier metrology laboratory of the country. He was head of Precision Manufacturing Section in Micro & Nano Technology Department for 3 years. He has worked as faculty for many training courses conducted at CMTI. He is the founder of Aditi Consultancy Services. During the last two years he has conducted in-house training programs in a number of companies at different cities. He handles most of the technical on-site training courses and workshops.

Mrs. Suma is co-founder of Aditi Consultancy Services. She is a postgraduate in statistics from Mangalore university. She has more than 15 years of experience in teaching statistics at different levels. She is very well acclaimed in her profession. She is known for her systematic and clear-cut approach in her teaching. She handles statistics related training courses and workshops.
