The workshops on offer show ways in which to improve *recruitment process efficiency, teach the skills for improving the control of total recruitment costs, help facilitate changes to the recruitment process, and how the recruitment process can make a bigger contribution towards business development and improvement.
The training is designed for HR managers, HR recruitment managers, HR training managers, non-HR directors, senior and middle managers involved in recruiting their staff, and those starting a career in HR or with limited HR experience.
The main objectives of the training are to raise the awareness of recruitment as a business process, how to design and maintain a recruitment business process, and how to calculate the total cost of recruitment.
On completion of the training, the delegates will understand the recruitment business process concept, learnt how it improves the management and control of the recruitment process and costs, develop the techniques to successfully apply the knowledge, and gain the confidence to apply the new management skill.
1 and 2 day workshops are available, and can be held at your premises or off-site. The workshop programmes can also be adapted to meet any specific recruitment process issues you would like covered.
