Current FDA Food Code Training for the ServSafe Manager Food Safety Protection Certification, utilizing the 4th Edition Manager Review Guide and or the 5th Edition Servsafe Essentials Book.
Takes about 4-5 hours of class instruction and review, after you have studied at least 8 hours on your own, in your own home and privacy.
You need a passing scor of 75 or better.
