I am a culinary student trained in classical French cooking and contemporary culinary techniques. I enjoy creating new dishes incorporating local ingredients with delicious flavor profiles.
I will teach money saving cooking tips in an intimate group setting. My classes will provide participants with hands-on experience and personal attention. They will get a chance to be involved in the process, instead of just watching someone else.
