Our organization was established as the education and training component of The Life Link located in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2003. The Life Link has been fortunate to have been trained by some of the most influential researchers and clinicians in the behavioral health field. The Life Link is also one of six community treatment programs of Southwest Node of the Clinical Trial Network, funded by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA). Our Institute offers training in some of the best and latest treatment modalities found in the field.
LLTI has a goal of helping organizations implement evidence-based treatment throughout their practice. This is accomplished by technical assistance in any combination of: on site follow-ups, taped session reviews, and video conferencing. Our experience has taken us to as far away as New Zealand. In the US, we have been hosted in Alaska, Arizona, Iowa, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. For our home state of New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment, we have trained in Albuquerque, Dulce, Farmington, Gallup, Las Vegas, Clayton, Santa Fe, and many more. We are pleased that many organizations are looking for treatment modalities that have been proven through research.

Community Reinforcement Approach instructor led training : CRA is a broad-spectrum behavioral treatment approach for substance abuse problems. It was developed to utilize social, recreational, familial, and vocational reinforcers to aid clients in the recovery process.
