Prior to starting Taylor Performance Solutions, Ms. Berke was a Corporate Training Manager for two global financial institutions.
While in these positions, her initiatives and training programs resulted in increased sales, improvement in customer satisfaction, increased employee satisfaction and reduction of expenses.
Ms. Berke founded Taylor Performance Solutions, Inc. She has experience in multiple industries and has worked with all levels of employees in companies with 20 to 3,000 employees.
Ms. Berke is President of the American Society of Training and Development Long Island Chapter for 2006-2008 and is active in the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women and The Society for Human Resource Management.
She teaches workshops for the New York State Small Business Development Center and the company is an eligible provider for the New York State Department of Labor.
