Wayne Parker
Wayne Parker has a long history of working with organizations large and small to help them achieve their vision. He is the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Provo, Utah, and served as the management services director for the Ogden City Corporation. Wayne has been the city manager of three cities: Smithville, Missouri; Merriam, Kansas and Roy, Utah. He has also worked on the staff of Utah Governor Mike Leavitt, implementing the state's strategic planning and performance measurement effort, Utah Tomorrow. His work contributed to the State's designation by Financial World magazine as the best managed state in the United States.
Wayne received a master's degree from the J. Willard Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. The Marriott School is one of the top 25 business schools in the nation. He has also been an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program at Missouri International University in Kansas City and at Stevens Henager College of Business in Utah.
