She began her banking career with a 40-branch mutual savings bank, serving the metro-New York City marketplace, with responsibility for all product sales and service training initiatives.
As Vice President at The Bank of New York, Catherine managed sales development and leadership training for Retail, Custom, Small Business, Middle Market, and Mortgage Banking. She was responsible for sales skill and leadership development of Branch Managers through Senior Executives.
As Senior Vice President for large sales training and consulting companies, Catherine held positions as manager of instructional design, senior consultant and facilitator, consulting with leading sales organizations, building consultative sales, negotiations, sales presentations, and telephone selling strategies and skills.
