Colette D. Ellis is Founding Principal of InStep Consulting LLC. Since 1998, the company has helped people and organizations identify their competent advantage via employee orientation programs, teambuilding seminars, and strategic retreats. Colette bases her intuitive consulting approach on over 10 years creating training and organizational development programs. Her expertise includes organizational analysis, project management and strategic planning. She has encouraged continuous learning as Adjunct faculty with Long Island University and the City and State Universities of New York. Her signature seminar, What s Your Competent Advantage? TM, helps individuals identify and leverage their strengths to succeed in the workplace.
