Bruce Miles

I have a BS in Applied Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and have worked in information technology for the past 30 years as a trainer, course developer and end user support specialist.

In 1982, while working for Owens Corning, I was asked to look into the potential of the personal computer. They wanted to know if a non-technical, end-user could use a PC and off-the-shelf software to do useful and productive work. The answer, of course, was "Yes".

At the same time, I helped set up an "Information Center" at Owens Corning. The goal of any Information Center is to "Help People Help Themselves". While building and working in the Information Center, I discovered the passion I have for helping people use technology to be more efficient and effective. In 1984, I founded INT Information Systems with James Franchello and my wife Kim.

I look forward to helping you.
