DR. Hassan El-Haridy
Hassan El-Haridy, the chairman of Contacts-Plus, has 20 years of progressive hands-on experiences in the MENA region with a specific focus on enhancing customer service delivery channels in Banking and Telecom sectors in relation to Contact Centers.
His expertise covers Strategic/Tactical Planning, Training & People Development, and Business Process Management (BPM) & Contacts Centers Outsourcing.
Hassan has assisted over 50 companies in the MENA region in improving their customer service strategy/delivery. He has conducted a thousand of training programs and workshops in the Middle East and North Africa region for the most reputable organizations in the region.
Being a Certified International Master Instructor from AT&T College of Call Centre Excellence, USA for Train the Trainer program and certified International Consultant from Purdue University, USA, Hassan is assigned as a head Consultant and Training Assessor for official and governmental bodies such as MCIT & UNDP in Egypt, Kuwait Finance House in Kuwait (Quality Driven Centre Certification accredited by Purdue University).
One of Hassan's initiatives, in the field of learning solutions, is the production of the first multimedia audio-visual training aids in 2004, in which he targeted the Arabic audience, covering call center skills, titled The Tanweer Management Series .
After having a Bachelor of Commerce, Majored in Accounting, from Alexandria University, Egypt in 1985, Hassan acquired his MBA, Majored in Quality Management, from City University, USA 1999. In pursuing his academic studies to serve his vision toward service industry, lately he obtained his PhD degree in Business Management, researching in-depth the re-engineering and integration of the service sectors, from Wiltshire University, UK in 2005.
Hassan is an active member in various international professional associations such: ICSA, NASM, ASTD, School of Coaching and Incoming Calls Management Institute.
