Michelle Pallas

Michelle Pallas is a Managing Partner of Lighthouse Consulting Partners (Lighthouse), a global provider of training solutions for organizations collaborating in a virtual environment and across geographical boundaries. Lighthouse s programs and services help technical and operations departments manage relationships with internal customers, distributed and offshore resources, and vendor partners.
Michelle is responsible for all aspects of managing Lighthouse, overseeing sales and delivery of workshops to Fortune 500 and middle market customers throughout North America and Europe. She also provides consulting services as a session facilitator, process designer and change strategist. Michelle provides coaching to executives, directors, managers and entrepreneurs.
