Dilip Nandkeolyar

An alumnus of Asian Institute of Management Manila Philippines, Dilip is a Management post graduate specialized in Marketing and Strategic Planning & is B. Sc. (Hons).He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Research Program.
His Field of study is: Business Planning and Marketing Strategies in the Context of Globalization for SMEs in India
He has varied experience of over 30 years in the field in the Corporate World; majority of it serving at the core and Senior/ Top Management levels in international and national organizations in India and abroad. He has a keen sense of insight into Consumer psyche to deliver Customer Delight. This is he believes is the mantra of all his career successes. Some of the Companies he has been associated with are CEAT, Vikrant, Standard Batteries, Pirelli, Ohtsu-Falken, Kalyanpur, Reva, amongst others.

Dilip has been teaching for over past 10 years in a variety of B-Schools in Pune, Ahmednagar, Bangalore, Patna, Jabalpur, Patiala and Milan. He has also been the Dean at a B- School. Having been a Manager for past 25 years of which 18 at the Senior/ Top Levels in Top Corporate Houses both in India and abroad, he has been deeply involved in Human Resource Development, in a variety of environments both within India and abroad, as the key factor in ensuring success. This has stood him in good stead to enter the demanding but gratifying fields of Teaching, Business Consulting, Training, and Development. It may be pertinent to add, in his working career after 1984, he has always been a part of the core team that contributed to turning around companies either as a direct employee or as consultant. At almost every stage he has been involved in developing human skills through training the staff at all levels.
