A passionate and dedicated professional Life/Executive coach, NLP practitioner and a hynotherapist with many years of experiences of running companies and helping in social works. Winston continues to pour his heart into helping others succeed in lives and in careers. Prior to launching The Coaching World, Winston held several senior management positions in his nearly 27 years of work experiences, managing multi-national companies in the electronics, high-tech as well as providing supply chain solutions, systems and services world wide. Hence, Winston gained solid understanding of profit management, human resources, software development, systems integration, project management and business operations. His professional background also includes strategic plan, risk management, event production and several years in corporate marketing.
A MBA holder, Winston has also received accreditations from several internationally recognized professional coaching organizations. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, as well as a Founding member of the International Association of Coaches. Winston is also a certified ISO auditor and a certified hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA) and also a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (UK).
Committed to personal development and lifelong learning, Winston acts as a resource to his clients by combining his breadth of experiences, knowledge, interests and skills. Above all, Winston has also been awarded by the country for his contributions to the community and for his social works. Winston has been an active participant, a leader of Soka Gakkai International (a Buddhist organization). As a former Boy-Scout Commissioner and a Leader-trainer, his other interests include being active outdoors, golfing, reading, writing and traveling. He writes lifestyle articles regularly and plans to launch his maiden-work soon.
