Ryan Tate graduated from Kent State University in 2005 with a Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and minor in Electronics Technology. He has worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for six years in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry.

CQE - Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society of Quality (ASQ), since 2007
CQT - Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society of Quality (ASQ), since 2006
CIT - Certified IPC-A-610, IPC-600G Trainer from EPTAC, 2010
CIT - Certified J-STD-001 Trainer from ACI Technolgoies, 2009
Ryan has lead several quality/ manufacturing projects dealing with SMT, hand soldering, selective soldering, thru-hole, inspection plans, etc. He is currently working on several soldering controls processes for his full time employer (Delta Systems, Inc. Streetsboro OH). During his time as a CIT, Ryan has trained over 50 employees and increased the quality of work and quality of product at Delta Systems ten-fold. Quality and inspection of electronics has been Ryan's main focus during his professional career as a Quality Engineer and an IPC Trainer.
Ryan resisdes in Cuyahoga Falls with his wife, Kristen, daughter Ella, and son Benjamin. They enjoy opening their home to friends and family, laughing, sports, games, reading, singing, and loving others.
