Sean s experiences and a definitely diverse career path have allowed him to gain knowledge in several areas and unique occupations. During the early, 1980 s Sean moved into several occupations adding to his overall experience. The areas ranged from the Paint and Coatings Manufacturing, Transmission repair, Front-end repair, and Muffler repair to name a few. While employed in the Automotive sector was able to obtain technical certification in light and heavy front end alignment ,drive line repair ,and Automatic Transmission and Rebuilding and repair he worked as a machinist and has skills with several types of devices, in 1989-1991 owning his own company specializing in the rebuilding transmission torque converters he took this company to one of the largest suppliers in the central USA. After the sale of his operation he made a decision to move from automotive repair sector to the H VAC conditioning Manufacturing sector would continue through into the early 1990s. Sean obtained employment with a world leader in H VAC fan coil and heat pump design International Environmental Corporation (sister company to Climate Master International). While working in the Oklahoma based assembly plant, his hard work and growing knowledge allowed him to work his way up to an Corporate Management position as Corporate Manager of Customer service, Part Sales and Fast/ expedited Shipment Division, Which handled all of IEC s worldwide base of OEM Representatives and customers. During his employment, he took advantage of all provided training , he also estimated he may have provided guidance and training to 1000-1500 people in various tasks throughout the company.
In the late 1990 s, Sean accepted a position with a local manufacturer representative firm in Oklahoma City , Joining Hambrick_Ferguson, Inc. as a Part Sales Manager he gained knowledge in waterside products several boilers, chillers and pumps brands. In a move to another Oklahoma based company he accepted the opportunity to work with a water and steam Product Wholesaler in Oklahoma City , Federal Corporation the opportunity to join the company as counter sales , with the opportunity to eventually build a building controls division for this supplier. Starting this successful controls division the company utilizing several controls brands with a focus on Honeywell products, Continued success allowed Sean and his company the good fortune to be a part of several renowned projects such as; the Oklahoma Federal Building, Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial and the Brick Town Canal a large upscale shopping district in Oklahoma City Oklahoma to name a few of the projects in the Oklahoma market.
In 2003, Sean was approached and accepted an offer to relocate to Kansas City with a wholesale company in Lenexa, KS. in his new role of Building Controls Sales, he provide much needed Support of Building Controls department and the companies diverse customer base customers. During his employment with this company, Sean attained Honeywell authorized trainer status on several products and became Niagara R2 and Niagara AX certified.
Sean Jones was hired by Lynxspring in October 31, 2006 as Training Manager for Lynxspring University and has been awarded Niagara AX Trainer the Trainer Certification for Lynxspring University for the last 2 years. He has certified as Niagara Security , and continue the movement to our world class Training program
In 2009 Lynxspring Inc has moved to a new facility in Lee's Summit Missouri. This new location has allowed growth of several areas and propel the the Lynxspring University program forward as we continue to develop new courses while we offer programs with a focus on coaching in the real world of controls and sales.
