Suzanne Guthrie

With over 20 years of experience in training, organizational change, and management, Suzanne brings an enthusiasm and passion to her work that is well received by diverse client groups. Suzanne s unique perspective comes from a varied experience in both the corporate and public sectors.

She loves working with people and uses her coaching skills to draw out individual and team strengths to help participants achieve greater personal and professional success. Suzanne is a graduate of the innovative Coaches Training Institute and has participated in their highly acclaimed Leadership Program. In addition, Suzanne is certified to train and coach in the area of emotional intelligence. She is also a well known source of information on the topic of workplace resilience.

Suzanne s formal education has included a master s degree from University of Toronto focused on organizational administration. Her post-graduate training has included Harvard University's Mind Body Institute. In addition, Suzanne holds a diploma in Advanced Communications.

She is an active member of the International Coach Federation, the National Speakers Association, and the American Society of Training & Development.
