Hydro was established 10 years ago as a Labour Broker. We soon realized that the recruitment pool was shrinking, that the average tradesman is between 48 50 years of age, and that lower numbers were entering the market as more companies reduced engagement into training contracts. Hydro decided to establish a TRAINING ACADEMY, training the youth, and supplying our needs for future business. Training is like farming; you need capital, and being a Private Training Center, we had to find other ways to fund the Training Division. Management decided to establish our own fabrication facility, and started HYDRO TURNKEY PROJECTS, this assisted us with funding and sorted the practical on the job training requirements.
Today we can proudly offer Personnel Placements, Technical and Soft Skill Training, Fabrication and
Project Management Services. We have attached an abbreviated profile on each company, and will provide you with a detailed profile should you require it.
