Nigel has worked on a number of key change programmes for British Telecomms including the world leading introdution of their 21st Century Network where he not only led an operational delivery project but also provided coaching and facilitation support to the Operational Management team and their delivery teams in the use of Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) - a simple to use, pragmatic and non-bureaucratic approach to project management.
