Ignite Success was founded by and is currently led by Jennifer Meyskens, who is experienced in delivering training and development programs with corporate, academic and non-profit organizations across Canada. Jennifer has worked with organizations like Ontario Lottery & Gaming (OLG), Wal-Mart Canada, Allegis Group Canada, Academica Group, Georgian College, Humber College, and Fanshawe College and several small business to develop and deliver innovative training programs.
Jennifer currently holds a Master of Online Education (MOed), a post-graduate certificate in corporate training & development, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo. In addition, she is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst using the DISC communication model, and a Certified Training & Development Professional with the Canadian Society for Training & Development (CSTD).
Throughout her career she has worked with a variety of training programs including technical training, job-skills, and soft skills such as leadership and communication. This broad experience has allowed Jennifer to develop programs that combine best practices from all areas of training, creating innovative and inspiring programs for her clients.
Aside from her professional career, Jennifer is also the current Chair for the Simcoe Chapter of the CSTD. Growing up in the rural community of Dresden, Ontario, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking and enjoying the excitement available in the world.
