J.C. Owens, Jr.

J. C. Owens is a lead safety consultant and trainer with more than 35 years of industry experience. He was electrical technical advisor and supervisor at Alcoa for 28 years. During his Alcoa tenure, he served as team lead in establishing their worldwide standard for low voltage electrical safety as well as establishing and implementing Alcoa's worldwide high voltage standard. He also served on Alcoa's audit team for high/ low voltage.
